Hello VALOR Fam!

Spring is around the corner, and so is Season 4! 10.2.6 dropped on March 19th, with Season 4 slated to go live in several weeks.

Who had WoW Battle Royale on their 2024 bingo card? With patch 10.2.6 came Plunderstorm, Blizzard’s pirate themed foray into the genre. Compete against 60 other players as you fight, gain abilities, and level up in order to be the last person standing! Be sure to post screenshots of your wins in the “🌆│𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐏𝐒／𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗦” channel in Discord.

Did you know that VALOR has a second guild specifically for alts? VALOR II (also on Thrall) is specifically designed for any toons that you may not spend as much time on, but still want to be associated with VALOR! As we continue to approach the 1,000 member maximum in the main guild, feel free to move any lower priority characters over to VALOR II. You can use the “👋│𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗-𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗘” ticketing section in Discord and specify the alt guild!

VALOR will be making an appearance and doing a meetup at PAX East in Boston at the end of March, and another social meetup for spring break in Kansas City the weekend of March 29th – 31st.

JekyllMrHyde is hosting a 2v2 Arena Tournament on March 24th, starting at 3PM ET. Grab a friend and sign up here by March 22nd for your chance at a piece of the 750k Gold prize pool and, more importantly, bragging rights!

Both VALOR Blue and VALOR Silver have finished Season 3. We will do a recap in the next Town Hall of all teams including Raid, PVP and Mythic+ team accomplishments.

In preparation for Season 1 of The War Within, VALOR Blue will be rebuilding from the ground up starting with its own leadership team. This team’s goal will continue to be to progress through Mythic difficulty and achieve Cutting Edge each season, securing Realm and World guild rankings for VALOR. This team will be treated as a Race to World First team with aggressive rules, requirements, and expectations.

We will be announcing more information on this in the coming weeks on how to trial, the raid schedule and other plans for the upcoming expansion.

VALOR Onyx competed in this year’s Dungeon Dojo Invitational and absolutely crushed it! DDI is a tournament where teams compete to push Mythic+ Keys as high as they can in an allotted 6 hours. Onyx was only able to run for 3 hours, but that is all they needed to secure 2nd place in the Orgrimmar league! They put in a ton of effort leading up to the event and all their hard work paid off, we are so proud of Onyx!

The Dungeon Dojo Invitational also raised over $5,000 for Make-A-Wish International! Happy to be part of a great event and support such a good cause.

VALOR Academy is actively expanding its mentorship team and organizing engaging events. Sharing their wealth of knowledge with members and aiding them in enhancing their comfort on their World of Warcraft journey.

We have also added a new section called “🏫│𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦-𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗧 ” under the VALOR Academy category in Discord. Allowing you to post guides, tips, ask questions and discuss each class.

Please note: you can request help from a mentor by opening an Academy ticket in Discord by clicking the channel “🏫│𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧-𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 “ and clicking open request.

Academy co-lead Butdidyoudie32 also leads weekly community normal raids every Monday night at 9PM ET. The event is streamed on his Twitch channel and is a great way to learn the raid.
