Hello VALOR Fam!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful month! As Season 3 of Dragonflight is winding down, this newsletter will focus more on Season 4 plans and community updates.

For Season 4, we will be continuing with our Mythic+ teams and community raids. For Raid teams: VALOR Blue will be rebuilding and VALOR Silver will continue to run in Season 4. Additionally, we are discussing the possibility of forming the 3rd Raid team to run the fated raids. We will provide more information once we know how Season 4 will work, as well get an idea of interested members who will not be taking a break and still want to raid.

As we discussed in the February Town Hall, we understand many of you will be taking breaks near the end of Season 3, as well as sitting throughout Season 4, with plans to return when The War Within launches. We want to ensure that we continue to have a place for anyone who wants to hang out in the community, so even if you’re planning to play other games we now have the ability to host a server on any game with dedicated server hosting. You can look at the “🔌│𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦 ” channel in Discord for a list of current servers, how you can request new ones, add mods or help donate. As for playing other MMO’s, VALOR does have guilds set up in Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars the Old Republic, Black Desert Online and Lord of the Rings online. We are able to create a guild in any other MMO’s as well.

We would like to announce that Butdidyoudie has been promoted to the VALOR Academy Assistant and the newest member of our Leadership Team! He will continue to work with Pizzadog, our Academy Lead, on guides and events as well as general officer assistance within the VALOR community.

VALOR will be making an appearance and doing a meetup at PAX East in Boston, at the end of March, and another social meetup for spring break in Kansas City.

Both VALOR Blue and VALOR Silver have finished Season 3. We will do a recap in the next Town Hall of all teams including Raid, PVP and Mythic+ team accomplishments.

In preparation for Season 1 of The War Within, VALOR Blue will be rebuilding from the ground up starting with its own leadership team. This team’s goal will continue to be to progress through Mythic difficulty and achieve Cutting Edge each season, securing Realm and World guild rankings for VALOR. This team will be treated as a Race to World First team with aggressive rules, requirements, and expectations.

We will be announcing more information on this in the coming weeks on how to trial, the raid schedule and other plans for the upcoming expansion.

Our PVP Division is also looking to build out a full leadership team going into Season 4. If you’re interested in working with the PVP leadership team please open a Mod Ticket and Darkpuffin will reach out.

Casual PVP Lead: Create and manage community PVP events.
Arena PVP Lead: Run and communicate clearly between multiple groups and make themselves available to assist in communicating what the teams need.
Target Caller: Battleground group callouts (ex: who the group should be on).
Mentors: Answer any questions at any time and should be kind and pleasant with customer service

Interested in Arena PVP? We are looking to start up official dedicated Arena PVP teams. If interested please open a Mod Ticket, and Darkpuffin will reach out. These teams will be run the same way as our Raid and Mythic+ Teams with a Team Captain, official channels, requirements, expectations and goals.

VALOR Academy is actively expanding its mentorship team and organizing engaging events. Sharing their wealth of knowledge with members and aiding them in enhancing their comfort on their World of Warcraft journey.

We have also added a new section called “🏫│𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦-𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗧 ” under the VALOR Academy category in Discord. Allowing you to post guides, tips, ask questions and discuss each class.
