GAMERS! What a week it has been! BLIZZCON 2023 has came and went. With it, unforgettable memories, ignited friendships and NEW MEMBERS! THIRTEEN of your fellow VALOR members were able to make it to BlizzCon 2023 this year: prawfeT, Jette, Katastrofik, KayDiddyy, Mediah, Rhino, Niightmare, Cymber, Rez, Eithos, Capt. Bumi, NoodlOctopus, and Cinders (Sorry if we missed anyone!) We also saw our friends RedMustard, JesseHFX, and JessBad! PSST, a couple of us got to meet WowGrandma, TomCat, Ion Hazzikostas, Disguised Toast, Quarter Jade, Valkyrae (MONKA) and more!
We cannot wait until BlizzCon 2024 and meet even more of our members at the next one! We have started a BlizzCon 2024 thread in the VALOR History section of Discord. You can click HERE and go right there to start planning with us!
In true BlizzCon fashion, a few incredibly exciting announcements are on the horizon! The big one was the announcement of the next three Expansions for World of Warcraft: The Worldsoul Saga! The first of three expansions will be called ‘The War Within’, released in 2024. It will take players underground, add two new regions, more customization options, and new endgame features. It will be released in 2024, but you can PREORDER NOW on the Blizzard website or by clicking HERE!
Dragonflight Season 3 begins November 14th! I know that means all of us are going to be busy grinding! Here are some of the PVE features and dates. This comes from a fantastic article from Esports Illustrated that really gives some great highlights for the upcoming season and what to expect. You can see the whole article HERE.
Mythic Plus:
Dragonflight Season 3 Mythic+ brings new dungeons to the Mythic+ rotation: Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond’s Fall, Dawn of the Infinite: Murozond’s Rise, Waycrest Manor (Battle for Azeroth), Atal’Dazar (Battle for Azeroth), Darkheart Thicket (Legion), Black Rook Hold (Legion), The Everbloom (Warlords of Draenor), and Throne of the Tides (Cataclysm). The new seasonal rewards for Mythic+ include the two new titles “the Dreaming” and “the Dreaming Hero”, dungeon teleports, and a new coloration of the Mythic+ Armoredon mount: Verdant Armoredon.
Raid release schedule:
- Week of November 14 – Raid Finder Wing 1: Incarnates Wake (Gnarlroot | Igira the Cruel | Smolderon), Normal, Heroic, Mythic
- Week of November 21 – Raid Finder Wing 2: Molten Incursion (Volcoross | Larodar, Keeper of the Flame)
- Week of November 28 – Raid Finder Wing 3: The Viridian Weave (Council of Dreams | Nymue, Weaver of the Cycle)
- Week of December 12 – Raid Finder Wing 4: Fate of Amirdrassil (Tindral Sageswift, Seer of the Flame | Fyrakk the Blazing)

Who is Jette??
Hello! My name is Jette and this is my community spotlight! Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know a little bit more aboot me. First and foremost, I am a founder of VALOR Gaming and a proud leader and member of the organization and community. I am a proud Red River Métis Indigenous person from the open prairies of Manitoba, Canada and a cat mom to Nefertiti and Cleopatra, two beautiful and affectionate tortoiseshell cats that just had their first birthdays last week! I’m also a new World of Warcraft player since I started playing shortly after VALOR Gaming decided to create a guild on Thrall, in January of 2023! What an incredible ride it has been since, with VALOR becoming my life’s passion.
Before VALOR, I was a Fallout 76 streamer on Twitch, which was the very first “MMO” I ever played due to my social anxiety and shyness, as well as lack of resources. Little did I know, that the choice to play Fallout 76 and to start streaming it would completely throw my entire life into a whole new trajectory.
Delving a bit deeper into my history, I grew up near the poverty line in a small Canadian village with a population of about 200, consisting mostly of family and extended family. I had to travel 30 minutes by bus down a dirt road to get to school in the nearest town. I left the nest at 17 years old to forge my path. I worked hard to graduate college in Winnipeg with a journalism diploma at 25, including a background in broadcasting for both television and radio, public relations, advertising, graphic design, and creative writing. I also call myself a “Jill of all Trades” with experience in TV and radio hosting, producing TV/web, bartending, retail, brand representing, dentistry, creative writing, and even fire fighting. Currently, I am a full-time production manager and coordinator for a TV production company. I’m an open book so if you want to know more about me, don’t be afraid to reach out!
I’ve been a gamer since I could hold a controller, playing virtually every console, from Atari to PS5, before I built my very own gaming PC live on stream in 2021 thanks to the incredible support of my stream community. Many of which are still a part of the VALOR Gaming family to this day.
I am a huge music enthusiast, with live shows being my favourite pastime. I have been an avid internet user since the late 90’s and an Imgurian since 2010, which means I live and breathe memes. I also love the Winnipeg Jets hockey team, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers CFL team, hiking, camping, exploring, and travelling but haven’t been as involved with my hobbies since I became a PC gamer. Imagine?
My plan for the future is to continue building VALOR Gaming into a staple of the gaming community. A place to be for anyone and everyone who loves to have fun and play games, but also a place for people to reach new heights in the competitive gaming space.
