Hello VALOR Fam!
What’s up, VALOR Peeps?! Lots of stuff to talk about this week, so I hope you’re comfy! The next VALOR Community Town Hall Meeting scheduled for Sunday Oct 15th! This is a monthly event that we genuinely hope you can make it to! They’re a lot of fun. We have some new plans for VALOR Academy that we’re excited to share with you, as well as general community topics that we can’t wait to tell you all about. At the end of every Town Hall, we have a Q&A session where we invite you to bring any and all questions you have for the team, so that we may keep you as informed as we possibly can! We look forward to seeing you all again and meeting you for the first time if you are new to VALOR!
Let’s talk about PVP! An exciting announcement from our very own Puffin! ‘VALOR’s PVP team “VALOR Blood-Red” will be running a guild RBG night on the 16th at 8 PM EST! We are looking for people with 437 PvP item level (all honor gear) or higher to try to get the guild a few guild RBG wins for achievement progress, conquest grinding, and most of all fun times!’ If you are interested in PVP, we encourage you to join us on 10/16 8:00 PM EST for the first of hopefully MANY RBG Guild Run nights!
Speaking of community events, don’t forget we have LOTS that we encourage you to join us for! We have a Community Heroic Raid on Saturday for experienced raiders and Sunday is our Academy Normal Raid for new to WoW/Raiding or Alt players, Monday is PVP night and we have a VALOR Community Night in Discord once a month, with this month’s being All Bad Cards (Cards Against Humanity) on the 14th at 9 PM EST! We have a ton more planned for you in the near future, so keep your eyes and ears open!
On the subject of VALOR Academy, we would like to get YOU into those KEYS you’ve all been DYING to time. Pharma would like to get two groups together for a similar goal. One group would be for lower keys, where EmpressChristi and Pharma would do group teaching and explaining the in and outs of the keys/mechanics/paths. The second group would be the last big push for those PORTALS before the end of the season. Pharma says: ‘I’d really like to focus on the last second push for keys on the 21st. The plan is to start that early in the afternoon and go as long as people want.’ Word on the street is that Empresschristi and Pharma will also be starting to make guides for various things within World of Warcraft and would like input from YOU, the community, as to what you would like to see!
The October Transmog Contest is POPPING OFF! There are so many GREAT Spooky Mogs that have already been submitted and we can’t wait to see what the rest of you come up with before the 31st! Don’t forget to post YOUR Spooky Screenshots in the October Transmog thread under SCREENSHOTS, or click HERE! Make sure you ask for a tag if you’re having trouble finding the threat to post your submissions!

Who is Brad??
Hey everyone! My name is Brad, but most in the VALOR community knows me as Beetus. I am a veteran WoW player, having been playing off and on since the vanilla days. I enjoy so many aspects of the game, from running M+ to raiding to just doing random nonsense like xmog contests, races, etc. What I love most about WoW is the lore though, I have been in love with the overall Warcraft Universe since I first played Orcs and Humans back in the 90s. I am a HUGE lore nerd and get heavily involved in all story/campaign content they release with each patch.
I am considered one of the “elders” of the guild as I am 44 years old and a “boomer gamer” (HAHA) I am also a husband to an amazing wife and two amazing sons (24 and 18). When I am not vegging out in WoW, you can find me going to hardcore and metal shows, going hiking, or just taking random road trips with my wife and younger son. I am also a big sports fan, being a diehard fan of University of Alabama, Atlanta Braves, Boston Bruins, and Atlanta United.
I discovered VALOR through Fel, after he came back to game he reached out to myself and few others and asked us to “Come home to Thrall” and help him and some other friends build this amazing community we have now. After just a couple of weeks in VALOR, I loved the unity and brotherhood this community gave me.
I am also a former member of the VALOR Stream Team, but had to step aside for a while due to a lot of IRL issues, but who knows, maybe one day soon I’ll be back ready to hang out and entertain you all.
