VALOR GAMING LLC is on the hunt for an organized, motivated, and passionate Community Manager to take our growing community to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing

As our Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Moderating and Managing our Discord and in-game communities, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment.
  • Leading a Team of Moderators, ensuring smooth operations and enforcing community guidelines.
  • Creating, Planning, and Executing community events, giveaways, and initiatives to keep players engaged and excited.
  • Acting as a Voice for the Community, working directly with VALOR leadership to ensure player feedback is heard and addressed.
  • Keeping Members Informed on updates, changes, new initiatives, and everything happening in the VALOR universe.
  • Collaborating with Social Media, Creative, and Leadership Teams to grow and strengthen our community.

  • Passion for gaming and gaming culture.
  • Thrives in a leadership role. You’re comfortable making decisions, taking charge, and managing a team.
  • Strategic mindset. You understand how to build, nurture, and grow a thriving gaming community.
  • Problem solver. You can identify potential issues before they escalate and take a proactive approach to keep things running smoothly.
  • Excels in communication. Whether it’s writing announcements, engaging with the community, or working with leadership, you know how to get your message across.
  • Self-driven. VALOR is growing rapidly, and we need someone who can take charge and make the role their own.
  • Willing to experiment. You’re not afraid to try new engagement strategies, analyze their effectiveness, and refine them based on community response.
