Meet VALOR – Hona

Who is Hona?

Hona is the community manager for VALOR. His responsibilities range from in-game management to community discord engagement. He focuses on organizing community events, game nights, sharing news, and fostering community engagement.

About Hona: Hona has always been passionate about people and understanding what drives them. His professional career has been devoted to hospitality and leading teams of great individuals. Combining his love for people with his passion for gaming, joining VALOR as their Community Manager was a perfect fit. Hona is based in the Boston area and spends most of his time with his dog, Bo. He is incredibly excited to be part of this growing organization and to help community members realize their full potential.

Hona’s Warcraft history

Hona started playing WoW in the summer of 2007, right in the middle of Burning Crusade. His first character was a Troll hunter on a trial account, but he quickly advanced past level 20. The Karazhan raid was what truly made him fall in love with the game. When WOTLK came around, Hona decided to try out a Resto Shaman, and that character has been his main toon ever since. Between WOTLK and now, he has raided with some amazing people, even achieving Horde Server first for Heroic Ragnaros in Cataclysm. Hona loves competition and has earned multiple KSH and AOTC achievements across multiple expansions.
