Community Spotlight: Focusd
Focusd is the name, WoW is my game. I am currently maining a BM Hunter and I’m a member of Blue Raid Team and Purple/Gold Mythic plus teams.
I started in WoW all the way back when Wrath was current content on retail. My first toon was a Paladin and eventually moved to a healer role and stayed that way for years. I added the Hunter in later and this is the first expansion I’ve “focused” on my Hunter. (Pun intended) This is also my first experience as a mythic raider and I’m enjoying it. I didn’t start hardcore gaming in WoW until the start of Shadowlands and I’ve not looked back. I still manage to keep all healers current so I can continue to play them when I want to mix it up so don’t hesitate to ask for heals or DPS if I’m online.
IRL News: I’m a 42 year old public relations professional for the state department of transportation. I am a proud husband of 17 years to a wonderful wife who puts up with my antics and I am the father to two beautiful daughters ages 14 and 8. 🙂My hobbies include video games and an avid sports fan. My favorite teams are Tennessee Vols and Colts for football, the Atlanta Braves for baseball, and the UNC Tarheels for college basketball. I’m always up for sports talk.
I want to let folks know that I’m always down to help out or to participate in just about anything. (Except PVP) I have really found a home here in VALOR, which I’ve now been a part of since before the start of Dragonflight Season 3. I enjoy the active discord and friendly folks who never run out of things to talk about. Thank you for inviting me into this community with open arms and I hope to continue to make more memories with all of you!
