Meet: Oxxy
Hello, VALOR! I’m Oxxy, a Fury Warrior one-trick. During the day, I’m a father to the most amazing 1-year-old boy and boyfriend to the love of my life. I work as a supervisor at a snack factory (almost made the cut for Willy Wonka jokes — if only it were a chocolate factory…), and I’m currently finishing my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Cybersecurity.
At night, I swing two massive two-handed swords. I was drawn to Fury Warrior because I’m a frequent gym enjoyer and love the aesthetic of wielding two-handers with just one hand.
My journey with VALOR began during a search for a raiding team that was serious about pushing for Cutting Edge. After speaking with Muew, our previous raid lead, I was offered a trial. As nervous as I was, I felt confident I could succeed. I’ve now been raiding with VALOR Blue for 7 months and love my group. VALOR quickly drew me in with its competitive drive in both Mythic+ and Raiding. I’m always pushing to be in the top % of Fury Warriors and wanted to surround myself with others who shared that same vision.
Despite having less time to play due to life responsibilities, I still find time to push myself and grow.
I recently joined the VALOR stream team as well. Previously, I was a full-time League of Legends streamer as a one-trick Orianna mid-lane player. After peaking at Diamond 2 and the birth of my son, I decided to dedicate my free time to WoW and channel that same passion and focus into the game. Despite having less time to play due to life responsibilities, I still find time to push myself and grow.
I’m by no means a WoW-only player, though. I love chatting about all types of games. I’ve been playing Runescape since 2004, League of Legends since 2013, Valorant for several years, and I enjoy a wide range of single-player titles as well. I’m also a fan of party games like Crab Game, Pummel Party, Fall Guys, and more.
My content primarily focuses on creating YouTube videos that help players learn Fury Warrior or show that underperforming specs don’t need to be excluded from high-level content. I also stream our VALOR Blue raid nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Oxxy joined VALOR during Broodtwister prog and rescued us from a multi-week funk. He’s an endlessly upbeat and positive player whose can-do attitude pushes any team forward. As an epic font of Fury knowledge, and someone who’s never satisfied with his performance, he inspires everyone around him to do better. We’re very lucky to have him as a core member of the Blue team.
