Meet: Nomi

I’ve been hooked on World of Warcraft since Mists of Pandaria came out, and honestly, it’s been a huge part of my life ever since. There’s just so much to do—raids, PvP, dungeons, you name it. These days, I’m both the Community Raid Leader and the Community Key Leader, which basically means I’m the guy who helps everyone stay organized (or at least tries to). Leading raid teams and helping people crush high-level Mythic+ keys is a blast. Sure, it can get a little crazy sometimes, but that’s part of the fun, right?

VALOR is like my second family now

About a year and a half ago, I was streaming and met Jette. She invited me to join VALOR, and the rest is history. VALOR is like my second family now. We’re always gaming, chatting on Discord, or just goofing around. It’s one of the best things that’s happened to me in gaming.

I’m also an Academy Mentor, which is kind of like being the guy with the answers. People send in tickets asking about their characters, stats, and all that stuff, and I try to help them out however I can. It’s actually pretty cool to see someone take your advice and start crushing it in the game.

I’m also on Raid Team Silver, which is awesome. We take down bosses and push progression, but honestly, it’s just as much about hanging out with the team and cracking jokes. There’s nothing like working together to nail a kill (after way too many wipes) and then just laughing about it later.

Speaking of Discord, I love hopping on calls with the homies. Whether we’re gaming, talking nonsense, or just chilling, it’s always a good time. Nothing beats the chaos of everyone talking at once or someone saying something that has the whole call cracking up.

And I can’t forget my random transmogs in WoW. Let’s just say I’ve got a “unique” sense of style. Sometimes I’ll throw together an outfit that looks like it belongs on a hero, and other times I look like a walking joke. But hey, it’s all in good fun, and it’s one of my favorite ways to stand out in Azeroth

I also play Valorant, and I’ll admit it—I’m terrible at it. I’m that guy who accidentally flashes the team or gets caught standing out in the open. But Prawfet, one of my buds, is always super chill about it. They give me tips and try to help me get better, even though I’m kind of a lost cause. At least I keep things entertaining, though!

I’m also really into fishing. It’s like gaming, but outside

When I’m not gaming, I’m probably blasting music. My taste is all over the place, from trap to rock, but my favorites are Pop Smoke, Lil Tjay, and Rod Wave. Their music just gets me, whether I’m hyping myself up or winding down after a long day.

I’m also really into fishing. It’s like gaming, but outside. A couple of years ago, I caught a 3-pound bass, and yeah, I still bring it up like it happened yesterday. There’s just something super chill about sitting by the water, waiting for a bite, and then reeling in something awesome.

Oh, and here’s a fun fact about me: I’m a bit of an “herbal enthusiast.” Let’s just say I know my way around some greenery, and it definitely adds an extra layer of chill to my gaming sessions. Life’s all about balance, right?

On a more serious note, I lost my dog of 14 years recently. He was my best bud through everything—late-night gaming, lazy weekends, and even tough times. Losing him was rough, but it reminded me to appreciate the little things in life. He’ll always be with me in spirit.

At the end of the day, I’m just a guy who loves gaming, music, fishing, and hanging out with my friends. I don’t take life too seriously. I’m all about having fun, cracking jokes, and making the most of every moment. If you ever want to game, chill on Discord, or see what ridiculous transmog I’m rocking in WoW, hit me up. I’m always down for a good time!
